It would have been nice to get a win before their playoff game. You always want some momentum before you enter the playoffs.

I don't believe they made the playoffs. It was status quo once again, while restructuring the schools they should think about dropping football also, but I guess it prepares the kids for the major dissapointment that they are soon to engage in.

How can the team be in the playoffs with only 2 wins and 7 losses?

A team can be in the playoffs if they are ahead of the other teams in their division. If the teams ahead of Butler went 1-8, then Butler would be in.
