Wasn't this place in Bon Aire at Evans Road? There used to be a Morgans Drive In across the street (Evans Rd). Morgans moved to a new place further north, on the west side of Route 8, sometime in the late 60's early 70's. Do I remember this right?
Wayne Hindman owned the equipment place in Bon Aire across Evans road from Morgan's drive in restaurant. Morgan's was a popular place as the teenagers with cars would "cruise" up and down Main Street with a drive around Morgan's to show off their 'wheels'. Route 422 hadn't been completed yet at that time. The Bon Aire shopping center was small and the beer distributor was at the south end of the shopping center. The beer distributor moved across Rt. 8 later. Bill Morgan was a great business man for the Butler area. Al Harmon, former Butlerite.

And wasn't the Big Wheel located out there?
I remember this well. We drove by it every day. Yes, Morgan's was just to the south.
My dad is the one in front of the pick up at the far right.
