We’re seeing that in Cherrie Mahan’s case, where they didn’t act on a van tip in 2014 and acted on the same van with the same tipster in 2018 because the media got involved. Serial killer Edward Wayne Edward was living in Muddy Creek Township for a VERY short time, coincidentally in July of 1981 when Vicki was murdered.
