I just read his bio on wikipedia,he has done quite a bit in his life so far,

He grew up in the 200 block of East Pearl Street. It is the gray and burgony house on the right side as you drive up East Pearl between North Mckean and Franklin Streets

I knew Bill very well. We acted in a high school play together. I was in the Jan. class of 45 and I believe he was in the June class. I was very proud to hear that he had reached a position of such high esteem. It gave a boost to our home town. When I saw him on TV together with the president and other dignitaries, I felt, gosh, that is Bill, the one I knew so well in High School.
