Our Stately Courthouse ~
Our Courthouse is eloquent witness of the public spirit and progressive ideas which characterize the people of Butler county, and which never fail to assert themselves in all matters involving county pride or public welfare.
The architecture is a combinaton of gothic and the pointed style of the French. The tower adds to the imposing appearance of the building, which may well be regarded as an eloquent witness of the public spirit and progressive ideas which characterize the people of Butler county, and which never fail to assert themselves in all matters involving county pride or public welfare.
I look at so many pictures of what Butler used to look like. Doesn't look as good anymore. It used to be so beautiful. Especially Diamond park. It's pretty and all but it used to look alot better.

The roof of the tower is covered with stainless steel, which was donated by Armco Steel Corp., and installed by the Keffalas Co.
It's too bad that AK Steel doesn't have the same community sense of responsibility.
