Butler's Main Street is slowly starting to look better. This newly constructed Rite-Aid is being built across the street from the soon to be OLD location. Given Butler's track record for selling or leasing old rundown stores it does not seem promising for a good business to move into Rite-Aid's current location. The Worsley's buildings will soon be vacated now that they are going out of business. More empty stores. Doesn't matter what they build on Main Street the root problems have yet to be addressed. Namely: the drug problems continue; people who loiter on the streets; and the type of stores that are open are not what draws family shoppers as the stores are selling overpriced so-called "antiques"; tattoo stores; second-hand clothing; etc. Nice to see new buildings, but a band-aid on a heart attack victim won't fix the problem.

I heard that this will be a Rite-Aid drug store.
