    Bought all our shoes there when I was a kid. They had a x-ray camera and you could look in and see how your feet fitted in the shoe.

    I remember that also-you stood up and put your feet into it. I remember, but I couldn't have been more than a few years old.
    Isn't this the building that burned ?

    This is not where Second Time around now stands. This building burned to the ground and sat across the alley from the current Rite Aide which used to be G. C. Murphy's.

  6. The Bickels live on N Washington Street where my grandparents lived. I remember the shoes I got from them. Also, I remember watching the fire from were we lived on College St, and remember the burst of flames, which were from the paint and stuff in the hardware store next to Bickels Shoe store.
