My kids always laughed, humored me as I'd "drag" them to watch the heavy horses named Sadie, Elmer, Fred, etc. ...didn't take a whole lot of dragging, as they loved riding the double ferris wheel. Killed us all when like all good things, it and the heavy horses faded into history ...

Beautiful hitch. I was always fascinated by the horse pulls. Thats been about 45 years ago now.
Some of my best memories were of the Fair. Showed horses there as a kid, those were the days.
It's such a shame the all breed Butler Horse Show is gone!!
