The school principal, Mr John Hazur was extraordinarily kind, cooperative and enthusiastic about helping an old alum get these pictures to Charles, our teacher still writing, teaching and encouraging in Wurtemberg Germany!
I remember St Paul's School and the lunch room ladies. Everything was made from scratch. I remember Mr Slater who kept everything spotless. This in the 50's.
I swear I recognize some of those people, I was 5th grade at St. Paul's then! But I don't see me where i thought I sat. Eddie G., and the kid behind him, I remember the face, Mary T. and the boy behind her, maybe Paul?

ReplyDeleteI remember those uniforms. Eliminated discussion what to wear to school. Great idea!!

ReplyDeleteLooks like one of the rooms facing "St Paul Street". I was there between "67"-75". All the glass block gone?
