Dixon Drugstore was in the front corner of the building on the right side of the picture. Joe Johnson was the pharmacist.
My Grandpa's hotel
During the 1960 Presidential campaign when Senator Henry Lodge was Richard Nixon's running mate, this hotel was re-named The Nixon Lodge! Butler was pretty Republican in those days.
My dad still has the old bar in his basement,
