Sure -- we can be proud of our HS students. And teachers. We don't realize how lucky we are.

Great post you got here. It would be great to read something more concerning that topic.
By the way look at the design I've made myself Young Escorts

This is collection of oral histories of western Pennsylvania veterans of the Eighth Air Force in World War II. It received the Freedom Foundation Award in 1997.

My daughter was one of the authors and interviewed one of the veterans. Is was a memorable experience for her as well as myself. I was very proud is watch Jim Clement mold the students and create a historic book for all to enjoy and learn from.

Question: Did Jim Clements make money off the book? Or were the proceeds donated to a charitible organization/Veterans group? Or at least to the kids who did the work/research?

No, Jim Clements did not make money from the sales of the book.
